What We Do
Veggies
Posterity Farm currently grows diversified vegetables in 2 creek-side acres, following the turkey rotation for natural fertilization practices.
Our feature crops include badger flame beets, potatoes, hard- and soft-neck garlic (culinary and seed), onions, and storage squash.
Our veggies are sold at farmer's markets, to local restaurants and grocery stores, and to wholesale buyers across the state.
Turkeys
Direct-to-consumer, naturally grown turkeys are available each fall to local customers.
We raise 60+ broad-breasted turkeys on rotating pasture with fresh vetch, millet, oats, and field peas, finished with sunflowers. We supplement pasture with local, non-GMO grains and are proud that our birds only have "one bad day".
Reserve your Thanksgiving turkey by contacting us today.*
*We are sold out of turkeys for 2021, but are happy to place you on our waiting list.
Flowers
In 2021, we introduced flowers into our growing routine and couldn't be happier with this decision.
Currently, Lizzie (with some help from Amanda) manages a quarter acre of cut flowers for markets and direct-to-consumer.Find us in Chelan on Thursdays (2-6) and in Twisp on Saturdays (9-12) during growing season.
We are currently not marketing events, but are happy to take inquiries about this.
